the corporate caterer

1. Definitions:

Client: The individual or entity booking the catering services.

Caterer: Winston's Food Group Ltd.

Event: The corporate event for which the catering services are booked.
 

2. Booking and Confirmation:

All bookings must be confirmed in writing.

A deposit of 25% of the total estimated cost is required to secure the booking.

The balance is due 4 working days prior to the event.
 

3. Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will forfeit the entire fee.

The Caterer reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund to the Client.
 

4. Menu and Dietary Requirements:

The Client must provide final menu selections 7 days prior to the event.

The Caterer will accommodate dietary requirements notified within the specified time frame.

Any last-minute changes to the menu may incur additional charges.
 

5. Delivery and Setup:

The Caterer will deliver and and execute the event at the venue, in agreement with the Client.

The Client is responsible for providing access to the venue at the agreed time.

Additional setup requirements may incur extra charges.
 

6. Service Staff:

The Caterer will provide service staff if required, at an additional cost.

The Client must specify the number of service staff required 7 days before the event.
 

7. Equipment and Rentals:

The Caterer will provide necessary equipment for the event.

Any equipment damages or losses will be the Client's responsibility.

Additional rental items may incur extra charges.
 

8. Liability:

The Caterer is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.

The Caterer is not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects from the food, provided dietary requirements have been communicated.
 

9. Payment Terms:

The Client agrees to pay all amounts due as specified in the invoice.

Late payments may incur a 2.5% late fee for each day the invoice remains unsettled.
 

10. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
 

11. Agreement:

By booking the catering services, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.
